Если я правильно понимаю, ОТы на рейде "отдыхают" за красной кромкой? Шары вроде как вывешены чёрные на баржах.

это нефтеналивной рейд "Печерские пески", они не отдыхают. ОТ - 2416 ждет разводки нижнего моста, а ОТ - 2110 ожидает паузки-"ОКСКОГО-50".
