В 1993 году 2 супера бывшей Рижской базы (РБТРФ) продали и они проходили на данном заводе переоборудование в грузопассажирские суда (РО-РО) для перевозки авто на линии Рига-Германия. Ближний уже был в приличной стадии, но ничем не закончилось и вскоре их разделали. С трубами известно кто, а второй надо поискать, забыл.

Для Риги такой варинат не совсем подходил, до Клайпеды близко, а Рига +2 суток, поэтому на Ригу много лет ходило это судно http://fleetphoto.ru/vessel/30775/ которое брало на борт и машины и их владельцев

...и везли не только подержанные авто,но и б/у бытовую технику,электронику,продукты питания,алкоголь..часть оставалось в Литве,но большая часть шла дальше на Восток
