Может быть кто-то внесёт ясность? Вот здесь указано http://fleetphoto.ru/models/178/ , что "Проект Р-45Б ("Ангарский", иркутская и красноярская постройки)", в то же время в списке проекта http://fleetphoto.ru/models/1899/ присутствуют, например, как Урал-15, Астрахань, так и Волгарь-13, Звенигово. В чем ошибка? В описании проекта или ... ?

Однозначно ответить сложно. Вроде как должно быть Р-45 Звенигово, Р-45А Астрахань, и Р-45Б Красноярск и Иркутск, но в реальности только проектная документация каждого в отдельности думаю прояснит, ИМХО.
