А почему думаете, что брошено? Может это на зиму на берег затащили (подняли) для отстоя и ремонта.

"Брошено" не в смысле заброшено. Имею ввиду, что брошено легко и непринужденно на откос.

Ну да, ну да - частная собственность - где хочу, там и бросаю. А потом репу чешут из-за корпусных деформаций, ну и как следствие - бросание уже в смысле "заброшено".
