Странно. Почему они нарисовали только "15"? Там, кстати, при увеличении (на оригинале) под "15" еще написано "Череповец".

Видимо, потому что с другого борта написано «75», и, если смотреть строго перпендикулярно транцу, можно увидеть и «75», и «15».

Ну тогда уж не "75", а "79" должно, но увы нет. Рассмотрел оригинал - там левый борт отчетливо просматривается и там тоже "15".

Предположу, что из-за того, что все баржи этого проекта у Череповецкого порта нумеруются начиная с 79, эту часть номера, общую для всех, решили просто опустить.
