Все гораздо проще. Есть в Бийске такой "борец с коррупцией" Сергей Горр. Так это он заявление в прокуратуру написал в рамках предвыборной кампании. Видите ли, плата за проезд там "незаконно" взимается и он просит граждан сохранять чеки для будущих разборок в суде. Думаю благодарные граждане еще скажут ему "спасибо" не раз, если после всего этого мост демонтируют.
