Пытаюсь вспомнить, какой их "четырехсоток" (402 или 403) работал в конце 80-х на Талицком перекате в верховьях Оби.

С чем связано то, что Томский РВПиС пользуется именно черпаковыми снарядами? Грунты илистые?
