Что странного? У меня есть опыт съёмки с мостов - вибрация ужасная.
Вопрос получился из разряда очевидное - невероятное : мост должен был вибрировать , а фото получилось чётким , не понятно что Вас интересует : была ли вибрация моста во время съёмки или как на вибрирующем мосту удалось сделать чёткий кадр.
