01.12.1994 расформирована, продана австралийской фирме.
В июле 1995 года отбуксирована из Владивостока в Сидней (Австралия), где стала экспонатом Национального морского музея.
В 1998 году продана американской фирме/музею "The Queen Mary", и 25 июня привезена в Лонг-Бич (Калифорния) на борту судна Condock IV, а 14 июля открыта для посещения под именем "Russian Scorpion". В ноябре 2012 затонула на месте стоянки, вскоре поднята и отремонтирована.
