Не совсем понял. Там же частный сектор. Его не трогали.
А вот порт должны были убрать в этом году... Но там такие подвязки в Москве, что застройщики/чиновники любого уровня не могут его сковырнуть. А им до жути хочется впендюрить туда ещё много огромных человейников с видом на Дон и Задонье за много-много денег. На фото видно, что вокруг они их уже навтыкали.
