Правильное написание имени буксира не через "пробел", а через "дефис". Руслан-1. Именно так написано на борту, доске и в Регистровой книге.
Так же порт приписки не Севастополь, а Ялта, что видно даже на фото пятилетней давности https://fleetphoto.ru/photo/337119 , но совершенно не отражено в карточке судна.
