Ну во-первых это 9050 / 9012 скорее.
Их относительно много, а собственных кранов у владельца буксира, согласно есимо, нет.
Может на оригинале видно надпись на спине у крана. Судя по табличке наверху, имя вроде 3-4 буквы (последняя Г?) и пара цифр.

Перебирая имена, вариантов возможно много, ИМХО наиболее подходят КНГ-70, -71, -72, но даже если так, цифры всё равно только автор снимка подскажет.
