Может у крана изменить статут,вот он работает. Если его тащит украинский буксир,возможно его просто продали и сменили флаг.

Не надо ничего менять, поскольку очевидна неверная привязка и Блейхертом тут и не пахнет. Скорее всего, это керченский СПК-7/15.

Пикантность ситуации состоит в том, что керченский СПК-7/15 - это тоже тип Блейхерт, соответственно, надо искать ещё какой-то СПК-7 в тамошних краях. Собственно, в списке судовладельца он и нашёлся.
