Евгений, если достоверно знаете названия каких-то плавсредств, но не находите в БД, то ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО пишите об этом в комментарии к фотографии!
Но ещё лучше, если вы самостоятельно создадите отсутствующую запись в БД перед загрузкой и привяжете её к публикуемой фотографии.
Оба способа с технической точки зрения практически равноценны, но второй более полно соответствует идеологии сайта в контексте коллективного творчества.
