Т-4 «Проводник» Заводской № 493. Заложен 30.06.1935 г. на заводе № 190 в Ленинграде, достроен на заводе № 196, спущен в октябре 1936 г., вступил в строй 23.02.1939 г. и включен в состав БФ. 15.06.1939 г. ушёл через Панамский канал из Кронштадта во Владивосток. 24.08.1939 г. включён в состав ТОФ (вошёл в состав образованного приказом наркома ВМФ флагмана флота 2 ранга Н.С. Кузнецова от 19 июля 1939 года соединения Охраны водного района главной базы Тихоокеанского флота). В 1946 г. передан Корее.
