Портовый-5 весь 2014 год находился в затоне, думаю можно изменить текущее состояние на "не эксплуатируется".

Шёл по рыбачьим следам. По-другому нельзя, чуть в сторону уйдёшь, и вода проступает, даже в самом затоне).
