С начала 2000-х "МЫС"находился в Сургуте, в 2002-2003 ремонт с заменой обшивки, ремонт ДРК. Дизеля были в плачевном состоянии,перебрали как смогли и чем смогли. Заменили только вспомогач, его сняли с тх "МАЯК". По планам МЫС должен был стать яхтой служебно разездной,второй ярус надстройки предполагался и ещё много чего интересного. Но увы.
