03.1994г. траулер стоял на якоре в Лиепайском аванпорту, где штормом был сорван и выброшено на мель. В результате попыток сняться с мели своим ходом был поврежден винт и загрязнена система охлаждения. Через примерно неделю судно сняли с мели буксирами ВМФ РФ (пр.712, 714) и поставили в отстой. Ремонт не планировался из-за отсутствия средств. Летом 1995г. судно продано на слом.
