Попали и не раз. Это фото не после сентябрьских стрельб. На учениях стреляют ракетами с инертными БЧ, поэтому и воздействие на цель чисто кинетическое, плюс возможно возгорание остатков ракетного топлива. Состояние ледокола на сейчас достоверно неизвестно
