Во время раздела Черноморского флота экипаж транспорта по заданию командования ЧФ в кратчайшие сроки вывез военное имущество из Поти и Феодосии.
В сентябре 2016 года в рамках СКШУ "Кавказ-2016" был уничтожен путем нанесения ракетного удара. Также применялись мины при уничтожении судна. Лежит на дне в полигонах БП в районе Феодосии.
