В 1990г. был начат капремонт который проводился у причалов/цехов базы- оператора (ЛиБОРФ) с докованием на 29-м СРЗ ВМФ. Ремонт не был закончен к моменту ликвидации МРХ СССР. В последующие годы судно отстаивалось у причалов своей базы — ЛиБОРФ, ставшей с 1992г. латвийским государственным предприятием. В процессе ликвидации данного предприятия траулер был отправлен на разделку на СРЗ Тосмаре (бывш. 29-й СРЗ ВМФ)
