5 августа 1978 года пассажирский теплоход ПТ-62 Томского порта под управлением капитана Ахмылина Ю.П., выполняя прогулочный рейс с пассажирами на борту в количестве 39 человек, во время обгона столкнулся с обгоняемым составом буксирного теплохода ОТА-945 и затонул. Имеются человеческие жертвы.
Около двух лет года восстанавливали в Самуськах. На пассажирских линиях больше не работал. Был служебно-разъездным судном Самусьского СРЗ.
