А воздухоплавающих тут и нет... Экраноплан - это как Чебурашка - "зверёк неизвестной породы". И не заяц, и не медвежонок. Вернее и не пароход, и не самолёт.

Воздухоплавающие - это воздушные шары и дирижабли.
У экраноплана активный полёт. Как только гидродинамика сменяется аэродинамикой с fixed-wing - всё, это самолёт.
