Странно как то я делал такое же фото в сентябре 2010г.Причем там же в Херсоне.Они там что на отстое стоят или....

Ясно.Но у меня на фото они в этом же порядке стоят и сразу по три штуки отстаиваются,странно.Может они не эксплуатируются.

Думаю, для сравнения надо начать с публикации вашей фотографии 2010 года, либо официальным путём, либо, в случае некондиционности, ссылкой на внешнем хостинге.
Потому как регистр судов Украины по состоянию на конец 2011 года бодро рапортует о работоспособности всех трёх судов.

Кстати, если кто "мелочью" интересуется, то катер слева - Амур.
